House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler is calling on the Justice Department to prosecute all those who illegally entered the Capitol during the Jan. 6 riot and to provide detailed information about how it's making charging decisions.

Nadler hasn't shown a lot of political muscle in the past. He's made quite a few assertions regarding past issues around Trump's malfeasance, but comes up short on follow-through.

Let's see how the DOJ responds to THIS demand from Nadler. If the DOJ responds with more prosecutions, all the better. It's the kind of surprise worth having.
