Robert Reich: At Trump's Senate trial, Senators should be given 3 choices: 1. Guilty

2. Guilty of impeachable offense but acquitted because he's no longer president.
3. Not guilty

Removes Republican excuse to vote not guilty.

Enough to find him ineligible for office under 14th Amendment.
