series of Mulligans. As a matter of fact, that would also describe his whole life. It is because he's gotten "off" so many times that we got stuck in this nightmare. So when does Mike Lee think he should be held accountable? How many people have to die or suffer before we can say "Okay, THAT is a bridge to far"?
