(3:26PM) Castor seems to be arguing that all incitement statutes are unconstitutional? He doesn’t even seem to acknowledge that the First Amendment isn’t absolute, because speech can become criminal under a variety of circumstances. This is so odd.

I think Castor caved after the Manager's openings & Raskin's closing.
He knew had no case to put up against them so he didn't .
Kind of an ," ok I got nothing, bye" moment.

We'll know for sure if Castor suddenly resigns from the case

Hope it moved just a few more Senators as much.

I'm reading through Seth's comments from the beginning while Castor wanders through his nonsense. Honestly, that the likes of Castor is the best trump could find to defend him speaks volumes on its own.

I don't believe Castor made any impact for Trump.
Maybe he agreed to be a seat filler but not going as far as damaging his real life reputation for Trump.

Maybe he quickly re-wrote his statement after Raskin's closing.
