(1 post)Ryan was flustered at the beginning of the debate, but rallied later on. Thank God Biden was relaxed, yet aggressive. In other words, he did what Obama was reluctant to do, as the racist elements in society might cause more effective debating techniques to backfire. The bottom line is that the Republicans are for the rich, and are scared to death they will raise the capital gains taxes, which would cost Mitt Romney plenty in taxes. Why didn't they mention the income limit on contributions to Social Security. Why should it stop at a certain point? Doesn't that favor the rich, and wouldn't collecting Social Security tax at the same percentage rate make the Social Security system solvent indefinitely? Anothe point that was not mentioned, even though it would have been considered to be off topic. Mitt Romneys cohorts at Bain Capital are Billionaires. Is Mitt really worth $250 Million Dollars, or is he HIDING ASSETS IN ARUBA AND SWITZERLAND. In my opinion, Biden won slightly as far as his perceived persona would be interpreted by the masses, and by a wide margin in the sense that he clearly delineated the vast differences between Republicans and Democrats.
