Toots was my fave reggae artist. Even above Bob M.
There was an edge to their sound and his voice that suited my ear.
Might be posthumous, but at least he won.

When The Clash were on tour in medium Dance Halls between the 2nd act and them their DJ would played Reggae. 👍
