Former President Donald Trump said Meghan Markle was no good, an ex-advisor claimed on Steve Bannons War Room podcast earlier this week.
However, the former president declined to publicly weigh-in on Oprah Winfreys interview with the Duchess of Sussex, citing the treatment of British television pundit Piers Morgan for speaking negatively on Markle.
Jason Miller claimed Trump told him, Shes no good I said it and now everybody is seeing it, Miller said. However, Trump said Miller could share his comments and make a little news on the podcast if he wished, with one caveat: You realize if you say anything negative about Meghan Markle you get canceled, look at Piers (Morgan), Trump said, according to Miller.
Trump told Miller, Im on team Piers, who frequently interviewed Trump during his presidency.

What can I say? Mr. Trump said. I didnt know that she was nasty.
It was not the way previous American presidents have let the British know they were coming. The reaction to a sitting president commenting on the perceived nastiness of a member of Queen Elizabeths family who put on a state dinner at Buckingham Palace, to impress and placate him was reliably parsed along tribal lines.
Trump supporters agreed with the president, who initially said that he had not made such a comment at all. The Trump campaigns war room Twitter account took CNN to task for falsely claiming that Mr. Trump had called Ms. Markle nasty and then posted audio that captured the president saying that Ms. Markle had, in fact, been nasty."....(more)

(28,349 posts)All that matters is what Harry and Meghan think and feel.
Harry, I think, is haunted by the loss of his mother, and the circumstances surrounding her life and death. He's now protective of his wife and son.
None of us know what Harry has heard, lived or experienced throughout his lifetime as a Royal.
And, none of us know what Meghan has heard, lived and experienced throughout her time as a Royal.
Or, what they've lived and experienced as a couple, and now as parents.
I wish them the best, and if Donald Trump were a good man, he'd keep his disgusting mouth shut.
