Democrats question Rep. Kevin McCarthy's claim that terrorists are crossing the border

Speaking outside El Paso on Monday, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said border agents he had met earlier that day issued dire warnings that suspected terrorists are trying to cross into the United States via Mexico.

“You saw it in their eyes,” McCarthy said, referring to the agents. “They talked about, ‘They’re on the list.’ … The terrorist watch list.”

McCarthy’s claims, which were echoed by another Republican congressman, were among the most alarming raised by a GOP delegation that aimed to highlight a growing crisis for the Biden administration amid a surge of migrants.

But some Democrats from border states pushed back late on Monday and demanded evidence to back up McCarthy’s assertions.

Since this mob of thugs pretending to be a political party called the 'gop' (nothing grand about it, if anything, it's a joke) is not even trying to work w/ Biden on any issues and instead, engage in constant partisan side swipes at Biden and party, don't listen to these thugs, they only represent the 1%ers and no other Americans. They don't care about our voting rights and thus, are engaged in a nationwide effort to stifle the rights of all Americans to vote, in some manner or such. I'm surprised that they haven't proposed that if someone doesn't vote in a 5 year period of time, that they forever lose the right to ever vote, or worse. Pass the nationwide voting rights bill, immediately.

4. Isn't if funny that the "caravans" and "terrorists" always come up during a Democratic Presidency?

While Trump whipped up the frenzy on racism and xenophobia during his shitty presidency, he didn't explicitly talk about immigrants being terrorists or invading, except during an election cycle.

Culture issues and immigration AND the deficit suddenly become all they talk about with Democrats are in office.
