Black woman branded a 'troublemaker' by neighbors after she exposed local cops as MAGA rioters

A Black woman in Virginia who exposed two local police officers for taking part in the January 6th Capitol riots is facing backlash from residents in her town.

The Washington Post reports that Bridgette Craighead of Rocky Mount, Virginia has been facing criticism after she correctly identified Rocky Mount Police Officers Thomas "T.J." Robertson and Jacob Fracker as pro-Trump rioters after the two posted selfies while standing in the United States Capitol on January 6th.

Jeff Bailey, who owns an auto-detailing shop in the town, tells the Post that he believes Robertson and Fracker were absolutely right to be at the Capitol that day protesting against Congress's certification of the 2020 election results.

Hey Bridgette...........YOUR A HERO, You support the Rule of Law and Elections......

While supposed Police officers and auto dealer support sedition and insurrection where by a police office was killed and they don't like to have vote's counted they want traitors to decide who wins.......LOCK them UP ..

The other white people in the community know these people because they see them in church or at the Rotary Club. Their kids play on the same teams, etc.

Those neighbors are not directly harmed by the racism, so they are willing to extend support to their good buddies. They are also, not our allies nor our friends.

But the auto detailer said they were justified to be there. I’d say he’s firmly in the “takes his marching orders from the grand wizard” camp.

I get the social stigmatizing that can be faced by white people who disagree, but in this case the rest of us are justified in considering the people trying to cancel her racists.

Why do we need compromise, or soften our tone?

Protests do not take the form of destruction of government property, along with assault and murder, to violently overthrow the legally elected officials of said government. This went FAR beyond a "protest".

A Rocky Mount cosmetologist and activist has announced that she intends to be the Democratic candidate who will challenge incumbent Charles Poindexter, R-Franklin County, in the 9th District House of Delegates race in November.

“Uncontested incumbency is un-American and the people should have a choice who they want in power,” said Bridgette Craighead, 30. “When I heard Del. Charles Poindexter was running unopposed again, I knew something would have to be done. If no one else is going to do it, I will.”

Though I agree that she's placed herself in someone's crosshairs.

An act of real courage or recklessness? Hard to judge. It's like taste-testing an uncooked stew. Could be perfect just as it is.

Her courage is inspiring and worthy of the highest praise as it represents the best of human nature and true American values. Real patriots defend their constitution and country from gutter traitors like those criminal thugs she identified. Whilst those thugs and their accomplices after the fact who continue to defend their treason are, like their confederate ideological forebears, worthy only of the maximum scorn and derision all such lowlifes deserve.

I once reported an officer that was going over 70 mph on our 45 mph limited rural road in a marked police car. No siren, no lights, just hauling butt. He passed me in a no passing zone and almost forced a car coming the other direction off the road.

As soon as I got home (this was pre-cell phone days) I called in a report. Two hours later the cop in question called me. I refused to discuss it with him and told him I considered his call to be tampering with a witness. He got verbally abusive. I hung up on him and called the police department back to add to my complaint.

His superior, who I eventually reached, shrugged the whole thing off, saying the officer was "responding to a call" (then why didn't he have his lights on?) and that his call to me was simply to explain. I told the superior officer my take on the call and his response to my comments. The superior again shrugged it off - "Oh that is just Officer X being Officer X. He meant nothing by that. I told the superior that I was now concerned for my safety, not only from the officer's unsafe driving, but that he now knew who I was, my phone number, and where I lived. That brought silence.

I was not comfortable until the offending officer retired and then moved out of the area. He lived just down the road from me and most of the time I was here on the farm alone.

tell the press to out the person who reported it.............

The Mass Media then broadcasts it to the entire nation in hopes some radical right wing nut job will get even with the person for being a whistleblower....

THE MAJORITY OF THE MEDIA IN THE U.S. IS OWNED BY WEALTHY REPUBLICANS, what else would you expect from them?????????

Many, many years ago, a friend, who is a respected reporter in Europe, sent me a big bunch of news articles from all other major countries newspapers, reporting on our recent "Panama Invasion", and asked me to compare it to what I was reading in the U.S. Media about the "Panama Invasion". He also said that there was a ton of video evidence to back their reporting and sent me some of that also.
Later, he sent me an article about the Hague investigating the "Panama Invasion" and what really happened in Panama.........

He showed me very subtle things done on the U.S. TV news reporting, that once seen, can't ever be forgotten when watching any talking head ever again on Network TV news......Things like what we saw recently with News Organizations intentionally darkening the Skin of Obama for instance. Or how when showing video's of the gay's marches, how the always show footage of the wildest craziest acting gays in the parade, and not the mass of business people in suits marching. Or showing candidates pictures side by side on the telecast with a portrait staged shot from ten years ago of one candidate, and showing a bad picture of the opposing candidate.

It changed my mind 100% about the U.S. media bragging that our news is censored far less than the rest of the free world.
Just think about the Mainstream Media reporting on what we have all watched and read these past five years........

Obviously there are exceptions.
