because it was the right thing to do, but because he couldn't stand Gaetz...Gaetz is an arrogant weasel of a frat boy..entitled, condescending, self-serving...confident in his own self-righteous ignorance..he's without filter, never having suffered the consequences of the hate-filled vomit he spews every hour on the hour...he's a younger Trump with better hair...

By the time it came to Barr’s attention, the horse had already left the barn. Quashing it would have drawn more attention.

It could explain why Barr headed for the exit faster than anyone else in Trump’s inner-circle.
