US troops in Syria seem to be getting hit with directed-energy attacks. The Pentagon suspects Russia

The US is investigating what appears to be directed-energy attacks on US troops, and the Pentagon suspects Russia is behind them, Politico reported.

Four national-security officials involved in the investigation told Politico that the Department of Defense has been investigating the incidents of suspected attacks since last year.

Two sources told Politico that this included incidents in Syria, where troops developed flu-like symptoms last fall.

Politico also reported that the Defense Department has briefed lawmakers on intelligence about the suspected attacks.

location. Seems like a satellite could be designed to detect and locate the source.

"flu-like" symptoms from energy beams? Energy strong enough to do this would have other effects, including burning.
Same as the bogus "microwave attacks" at the Cuban Embassy.
They need to talk to a physicist before they rel;ease this shit.

denied it. So there can't be Russia.
I heard Putin can speak fluent English, I can only imagine what they talked about in those secret phone calls.

to attack our troops and diplomats. I am just saying the science of this doesn't make sense. Flu-like symptoms are so vague that you could find people in any group to say they felt them. And this whole "energy beam" thing sounds more like bad science fantasy than real science.

as long as it's restaurant-grade that is, regular household stuff lets some of the ions pass through.
