Whenever I try to purchase a book on my Kindle, it requires multiple stops and restarts in order to get it right.

6. Yes, we do. And we should also adopt what overseas school do for teachers they import:

Either subsidize their housing, or out-right pay the rent up to a certain limit.

In Korea, my apartment was given to my outright
In Shijiazhuang, my rent was added to my pay.
In Nanjing/Suzhou, it was a reimbursement
In Shanghai, it was an allowance up to a certain amount.
