The Republican Party is that one couple...

...who has grown to despise one another, but refuse to get divorced because neither one wants to lose the house.

The old guard establishment can't co-exist with the Trumpists, but they know if the party splits in two they will never be a viable party against the Democrats.

It's quite a thing.

Even the "reasonable" ones will make us do all the heavy lifting to get their hellbeast partner back in its pen.
