Republicans are leaving because they don't want to see homeless people. Democrats don't like seeing homeless people either. The difference, Democrats are trying to do something to house homeless people and help them get back on their feet while Republicans run away and hide. Republican's block measures aimed at helping homeless people. They just want them out of sight, not in their own homes.
