Cases go down when the weather gets warmer. That happened last year too.
There are new variants we don't know much about yet, that look worrying.
We still don't have a vaccination rate to be proud of.
I'll go out more than I did at this time last year, but I'll still wash my hands a lot and wear a mask in public even though I'm vaccinated. I'll do outdoor events gladly though!

As soon as autumn comes around, if not sooner, we'll have new variants that will attack and kill younger people, and possibly evade our present vaccines. And we don't know how long the vaccines last yet.
India once thought they had turned the corner too.
