Trump wouldn't even be the first person to run for president from prison. Eugene Debs (1920) and Lyndon LaRouche (1992) have done it before.

Serving as president from prison has never been done though, and legal experts told us it would be complicated.

He'll find some excuse to be temporarily released to the White House for some official purpose, then he'll just refuse to go back to prison. No one will enforce anything on him because he's president.

The Republican Party still treats Donnie like a king, even though he cost them the trifecta, never mind a lol the damage he did to America and Americans.

Against all evidence, they're convinced he won and was cheated out of re-election. Donnie will simply claim that any indictment or guilty verdict is purely political and republicans will eat that crap up.

Republicans love love love a martyr and Donnie running from prison would be the stuff of legend for them.

Then, of course, republicans are busy suppressing our votes and otherwise rigging elections.


The *worst* thing we can do is dismiss this as impossible and then do nothing to prevent it from happening.
