GOP Texas state Sen. Bob Hall appeared on the program of a white nationalist, pro-Hitler outlet

The Barnes Review is a white nationalist outlet that publishes pieces such as “In Defense of Adolf Hitler,” “Why the Holocaust Story Was Invented,” and “Defending Dixie.” Texas state Sen. Bob Hall (R) recently gave a long radio interview to the outlet in which he complained about critical race theory and encouraged listeners to get involved in the Republican Party and participate in local politics, including with school boards.

The Barnes Review (TBR) was founded by the late Holocaust denier Willis Carto. It is named after Harry Elmer Barnes, another now-deceased Holocaust denier. The Southern Poverty Law Center states that the publication “is one of the most virulent anti-Semitic organizations around. Its flagship journal, The Barnes Review, and its website, Barnesreview.org, are dedicated to historical revisionism and Holocaust denial. … [It] practices an extremist form of revisionist history that includes defending the Nazi regime, denying the Holocaust, discounting the evils of slavery, and promoting white nationalism.”

TBR is openly anti-Semitic and pro-Nazi, as even a cursory examination of its website shows:

* Its front page currently features a piece headlined “Why the Holocaust Story Was Invented.”

* TBR’s magazine has featured pieces praising and defending Hitler, including headlines such as “In Defense of Adolf Hitler”; “Hitler: Neglected Nobel Peace Prize Winner”; and “Adolf Hitler: [Nazi collaborator and Holocaust denier] Gen. Leon Degrelle reveals how Hitler enthralled women.” The magazine also publishes pro-Confederacy propaganda, such as in its “Defending Dixie” issue.

* Its bookstore sells such anti-Semitic titles as The Holocaust Hoax Exposed: Debunking the 20th Century's Biggest Lie (that book was also published by TBR); The Jewish Mafia: The Great International Predators; and The Jewish Hand in the World Wars. It also sells books such as The War Against Whites: The Racial Psychology Behind the Anti-White Hatred Sweeping the West; Confederate Monuments: Why Every American Should Honor Confederate Soldiers and Their Memorials; and A Rebel Born: A Defense of [Confederate General and Ku Klux Klan leader] Nathan Bedford Forrest.
