Im getting so I dont watch her at all.

(32,809 posts)I am concerned for our future.
Thing is, as someone wittier than me pointed out its gotten to be rantings for ratings. All of msnbc and cnn have lost viewers and are dragging up non news worthy frump stuff, what hes doing that doesnt amount to anything. Its so predictable. When the news cycle is upbeat, Biden well received by g7, DOJ intends to intervene in Jim Crow election laws, the WV march on manchin, they turn it back asswards!!
Of course, these are just my opinions..but pretty obvious ones at that

(32,809 posts)Faith in election integrity? Their constant drum beat of stolen elections helped win us 2 GA senate seats. And they continue to push that narrative. It isnt going to weaken our desire to vote, but does hurt them.

(7,287 posts)The only thing I stream on my tv are netflix, prime, Hoopla/Kanopy, and Haytstsack which provides me local news and weather along with national/world news reporting.
The thing that triggered me to take this action, was Rachel's programming. I have been an ardent fan the past few years particularly during the Mueller investigation and all matters related.
But Rachael's pessimism is worse than mine and that's saying a lot. And the dark stories just keep getting darker, I can't take any more of it and made a lifestyle change decision. I do it for my mental health. I keep apprised of a lot of what's been going on politically here, by just skimming headlines. I try to avoid deep dives, although that's easier said than done and I fail miserably sometimes.
I'm sorry that my favorite msnbc hosts ratings depends on dark stories. And its too bad that's what makes it work for Big Cable.
Big, healthy changes need to be made throughout the country, but that has to start with me.
