Giuli really is senile. Here's what he says about his license suspension:

... Is this America? Where are we living? I -- you know, I read books about Soviet Union, and I read books about East Germany. This is what happens there. They make a whole bunch of allegations against you, they say they're true, they say they're uncontroverted, and you don't get a chance to speak ...

He made his political career on the convictions of John Gotti, Michael Milkin, and other Wall Street white collar criminals.

Rudy is still following the Trump/fascist/Nazi playbook, blaming anything and anyone possible for his own actions.

Doesn't that make him a communist in Matt Gaetz's eyes? I know that General Milley didn't accept that line of reasoning, but there's no reason to think he persuaded Gaetz on that point. Someone should ask Gaetz whether he thinks Rudy Giuliani is a communist?

Rudy lost the ability to discriminate between truth and rhetoric, as have most Republicans.

It's a symptom of Foxrot of the brain.

Sure you do, Rudy, they have this thing called court. When you're on the stand, make sure to turn you head to the side a little to let the sketch artist get the dripping hair dye just right.

Nothing has stopped the fool from speaking all these years and it would seem it was his "speaking" that got him into so much trouble.

So many of these republicans complain and cry about their lack of "freedom of speech", but no one is stopping them from complaining publicly. What do they think "freedom of speech" is anyway?

Was he notified that it was under consideration and given a chance to respond in self defense? If not, maybe that's what he's complaining about. If he did get a chance to speak on his own behalf before losing his license, then what is he talking about?

based on the fact that the uncontroverted evidence so far indicates that he is not only a lying shizzbag but also a menace to the public good

Giuli has had chances to respond (and will have further chances in the future) -- but his responses so far have been somewhat like this:

How can you say that I was saying things I knew weren't true? They were true! And if they weren't true, I still had every reason to believe they were true, beacuse. I heard that stuff from from a guy whose name I won't mention based on a report I won't show you

And that hasn't pleased the court
