Virtual Webinar (via Zoom)
In the wake of a presidency that ended with a violent insurrection in the U.S. Capitol, the Grand Old Party (G.O.P.) has faced a bitter internal division among its members. Some Republicans have raised concern at the party's embrace of former President Donald Trump and his continued claims that the 2020 election was stolen. Theres a strong coalition fighting to reclaim their party, while other party leaders are threatening to split from the party altogether and form their own party in opposition to President Trump.
What is Donald Trumps hold on the party? Has Trump permanently reshaped the party in his image? How does the party move beyond the 2020 election and build a national coalition to compete in future elections? Join the United States Association of Former Members of Congress (FMC) and the John Brademas Center's Young Leaders Network for a panel discussion with former elected officials as they discuss the future of the Republican party.
This distinguished panel included The Hon. Jason Altmire, U.S. Congressman (D-PA, 2007-2013) The Hon. Tom Coleman, U.S. Congressman (R-MO, 1976-1993) The Hon. Barbara Comstock, U.S. Congresswoman (R-VA, 2015-2019) The Hon. Charlie Dent, U.S. Congressman (R-PA, 2005-2018) The Hon. Ron Christie, founder and President of Christie Strategies LLC (Moderator) Kevin Kurian, NYU Student (co-Moderator).

Lost elections are going to be the only fix. They must be resoundingly defeated in 22 and 24
