My son in law three tours Iraq once then twice with the 75th regiment Afghanistan. He is catching good buzz , and I love his sarcasm my wife’s relatives all Q cult stolen election , yet we’re talking about how Biden has betrayed us and the Afghans.

My son in law says thirty years from now will be buying cheap electronics off the Afghans , just like Vietnam. Then he says to my wife’s cousin husband oh that’s right you hid out in national guard so you did do more than your orange messiah. And why you celebrating the fourth I figured you all would be partying on 1/6.

The thing is, that once Bush the Stupider decided to invade and occupy Afghanistan, the die for the withdrawal debacle was already cast. We couldn't war our way to peace in Afghanistan anymore than any other colonial power over the millennia could.
