Today feels like a new era is about to begin...

...where the truth actually matters.

Where lies have run out of steam.

Where the clouds of doubt and distrust are lifting.

Where everyone is accountable for their words and actions.

Where hate and division is put at the back of the line.

Where people respect each other.

(Maybe I should get out of bed, make some coffee, and see what DU thinks about it?)

That told me there were more people like us than the crazies who swallowed Trump lies.

Of course there are still those who prefer their so called superiority, even the Supreme Court and crazy state officials but we will fight them every step of the way.

We were so relieved when Biden won the election. Things have been so up and down since then and we're all exhausted from worry.

But I do think as you say that lies are running out of steam.
