what I'd do. I wouldn't hire an attorney. I'd respond and wait until my day in court.
My guess is he'd drop the case.

riled up over free speech, collecting donations to his legal fund, and keeping his name in the news.
The legal fund donations for this might acrually get used for legal expenses, but not for this case. They will probably go toward legal expenses in the ctiminal case against his business.
Aren't there penalties for frivolous cases? I'd love to see him fined for filing a frivolous case and have to spend his donations on fines.
