Social media is responsible for many of the ills in society. And by allowing people to push dangerous misinformation on their platforms, it’s hard to argue they aren’t killing people.

That is true. I wish they were better about labeling or removing disinformation.

On the other hand a Facebook group was very helpful in learning where I, and my family could get a vaccine when they were still scarce.

Once again no context by the media. How many total occurrences of vaccine info of any kind are there? Over what time period? FB and others get 18 million post in a day.
