MISSISSIPPI, USA — The Mississippi State Health Department is looking to make it easier for kids 12 and older vaccinated for COVID-19.

As a part of the COVID-19 Community Vaccination Program (CCVP), Adopt-a-School allows for medical providers to partner with schools to set up a pop-up vaccination site on campus. This way, barriers are removed.

1. All students 12 years old and above have access to vaccinations regardless of socioeconomic status

2. Parents do not have to search or disrupt normal routines to locate appropriate vaccine and provider

I don't understand these people. This isn't theoretical. Real children are going to get sick because the GOP governor in TN and legislators are knowingly choosing to side with vicious perversity.

They know better. There's truly no excuse. They can't claim ignorance or belief-- they're completely cynical.
I think they are miscalculating. They believe Trump will still be paramount in a year or two, and that all the Trumpers will still be with him and also willing to vote for Republicans not named Trump. I think they're wrong.
