Elizabeth lived in Arusha, Tanzania. She introduced hundreds of people to the wonders of the wildlife parks with a safari company that she partnered with.
Vaccines are not available in Tanzania.
The pandemic IS NOT OVER. We must share vaccines with the world, and convince the hesitant here that refusal is costing lives.

(102,236 posts)of COVID-19 without acting (in this country) against those who are intentionally putting people at risk. How tragic that when given EVERY opportunity to protect themselves with nearly unlimited vaccine, at least 35-40% of Americans REFUSE and worse, demonize and even threaten the very people trying to protect their lives.
So many lives lost and so many just don't care.
I am sorry. I do care.

Im doing the safari circuit and am in Tanzania now. In Kenya the guides and camp personnel were vaccinated and masks were widely worn. In Tanzania, no one has been vaccinated and I havent seen masks at all.
