NEW: The DOJ just released this clip from 1/6 after CNN sued for access. Prosecutors say this is ex-Special Forces soldier Jeffrey McKellop at 0:11 hitting a DC Police captain (white uniform) with a flagpole. The officer was cut near his left eye. McKellop pleaded not guilty.
