Tester just told Judy Woodworth, when she said critics complained there's not enough money to replace all the lead pipes in the country, he said, well there's a lot of money, but you can't do everything.

So they're gonna say we're going to replace your lead pipes over here, but sorry there's not enough money to replace the lead pipes over there.

That's ridiculous.

Tester also admitted he didn't know what all the 'pay fors' were, and he voted for it????
