you can't just mandate or interfere with collective bargaining agreements

Disney's giving everyone 60 days or so to get vaxxed, so they'll likely work something out

Health concerns should take precedence over contracts like with the eviction moratorium.

When the conclusion does not follow from the premises. In more informal reasoning, it can be when what is presented as evidence or reason is irrelevant or adds very little support to the conclusion.

Logical Form: Claim A is made. Evidence is presented for claim A. Therefore, claim C is true.

on the sidelines on this one, or are slow to respond to what seems a no-brainer to me.

The article clearly says “non-Union employees,” must get vaxed. Hopefully, unions will support mandatory vaccination too, and soon.
