5. Talk about avoiding the question. Sounds to me union(s) are sitting

on the sidelines on this one, or are slow to respond to what seems a no-brainer to me.

The article clearly says “non-Union employees,” must get vaxed. Hopefully, unions will support mandatory vaccination too, and soon.
