The vaccines are safe, they are highly effective, and there’s nothing political about them.

17. It was impossible in March to get an appointment at Publix in the Orlando area.

Fortunately the feds opened up a FEMA site in Orlando on the boarder of an economically disadvantaged area. The state was none too happy. When I arrived there was probably 200 people in front of me and I thought I was in for hours of waiting. It took 50 minutes including the 15 minute wait. It was run by the 101st Airborne! Both of my shots were given by young men from California. Less than 2 months after the inauguration.

further developed in the lab that Dr. Fauci leads. A pos-Doc from that lab further developed mRNA at two professorship stops. BioNTech licensed the mRNA technology for developing a vaccine.

Moderna worked directly with the lab that Dr. Fauci runs in developing it’s own mRNA vaccine.

President Biden seems to want to turn down the anger on the right and get those people vaccinated. But, he could have pointed out that mRNA technology was ready to be used in a vaccine just before President Obama left office, and if Trump had not defunded such efforts, a vaccine likely would have already been ready to go as soon as COVID reared it’s head.
