Olympic Women's Football semi-final spoiler #2
We are going to the Gold medal game versus Canada. Hopefully we finally break our Final curse (for both men and women's' football)
Good news for the USA too, as Ellie Carpenter, one of the Matildas' best defenders, got a VERY late red card (for the denial of clear goal-scoring opportunity, she pulled down Lina Hurtig, who was on a breakaway) and is out of the Bronze medal game versus the US.
