6. I always do, since many cannot access the tweets. Maybe I am more sympathetic since

I am severely hearing impaired, so uncaptioned videos without a summary included are not accessible to me.

10. There are sites which will transcribe uncaptioned videos for you

I have used https://www.360converter.com/userAuth/signin aand it works well if there isn't such a backlog at the time that it takes multip;e attemptes over mutiple days to get it to deliver.

Of course it's not perfecr. "Olbermann" consistently comes up "older man" and some errors are much trickier. But it is better than nothing.

And it isn't the only one - just the only one I've tried.
