Redirect The keystone XL pipeline to carry water to the SW

If water cost as much as oil it would be a done deal.
Has anyone developed long term solutions to our water issues or are we going to see a migration to the southeast where hurricanes and tropical storms are intensified?

Actually a fleet of backhoes about every 5-10 miles.

Whiskey is for drinking, water is for fighting.

Another water supply would only encourage more use, or I should say misuse.

I do have family there, and yes it’s an epic disaster. The gqp idiots should have been working on this a decade ago...at least. The SW drought is now in its 20th year
