They should charge everyone who was there. The perpetrators AND the lookouts
These cops are crawling all over each other to get a piece of this guy. Disgusting.
Oh, and they assault someone filming too.
There is commentary by an auditor by the name of Johnny50 attached. Hes kind of provocative and sometimes funny. He doesnt appear to be a right winger/borderline sovereign citizen - like a lot of auditors.

Its taking too long, but those bodycams are making a difference. Hell, criminals try not to get caught on camera. When are the bad police going to learn?

(23,382 posts)That might also, in fact, cause some to leave their positions, which would be a good thing.
Also, it is clerical to smash criminal solidarity of police, in part by rewarding those who report police misconduct, and punishing the silent witnesses.

(14,176 posts)Among other things, he calls out the cops for racially profiling in ways most "auditors" fail to plus I don't believe I've ever seen him feature 2nd amendment auditors on his station, which is fine with me.
I watched this earlier today and felt like Johnny didn't add much to it. I certainly hope the DA's office can do a significantly better presentation in court than the attorney here did because she was just terrible. All those cops should be convicted and, failing that, that Sgt absolutely cannot retain his position. Kicking a handcuffed guy repeatedly? Come the fuck on.

(26,326 posts)Most of the auditors are just angry white wingers looking for views - upset that cops hassle them too. Mention race bias and they or their viewers start crying about BLM and ANTIFA.
