Our work reject union representation and we were told we will burn in hell

A couple of people tried to to get the workers at our company to become a Teamster shop. Turns out they lied about the number of people interested and dragged the union reps out for nothing. I guess one guy was embarrassed because when the results were announced he shouted out that we will all burn in hell, I tell you our work is never boring.

2. An anodizing company

I think we have the one boss left who actually cares about his employees. Unskilled workers make $16 an hour and if they learn skills for a skilled job and there isn't a position open he pays them halfway in between their current job and the skilled position. We have good benefits and he always hires from within even if someone has to grow into the position.
