question: what is a jury blacklist slot on du?

i'm reading about grovelbot's summer du fundraiser and the bonus list includes
Star Member 10 bonus Jury Blacklist slots

can someone please explain what that is?

is where each member can designate that other DUers not be included in the possible jury pool if any of your posts are alerted. It might entice people to contribute if they suspect that they might have numerous enemies on DU.
