(70,092 posts)i was a witness to a car accident late last summer. i had vid of the people fleeing.
i asked a cop to put a mask on. he wouldnt, so i walked a few feet away. he told another witness- that lady has video, but she's refusing to cooperate.
then a man asked him to mask up, and he did.
we had a 'guidance' from the state that employees had to wear masks at work, but it had no teeth. i found this out from said cop.
