5. I think his argument is

1) He didn't do any of the obvious harassment and illegal touching
2) The "line moved" on the other things, like putting his arm around somebody or saying things to them

His argument is not "It was once fine to grab a secretary's breast without asking, but now it's not."

8. I think Cuomo displayed a range of behaviors -

I mean I agree with you, Bait. As a woman, his behavoir angers and appalls me. Some of the things Cuomo did were OBVIOUSLY over the line.

But some of his touching was just human warmth.

He needed to go, but I think we can understand that

But the answer is just not to touch anyone at work, especially with Covid.
