They are real solutions. They helped to jump start the production of electric vehicles. Even if most people can't afford one they are a viable alternative to gas powered cars. You just have to decide what your priorities are. My son and daughter in law believe changing to an electric car is important and they want a tesla so they are working towards that goal. I purchased a Chevy Bolt last month because talk is cheap. I am working towards purchasing solar panels to make it cheaper and cleaner to power my car. Elon Musk is providing alternatives. I love Secretary Pete but I don't think it necessary to bash Musk who is on our side when it comes to climate.
