restrict smokers from smoking in public places, but we're stopped from enforcing policies regarding Covid when it is devastating our hospital resources and kills more efficiently and quicker?

1. With today's Republican party, if we didn't already have restrictions on smoking, I think they would

resist them, much like they do with meaningful masking-and-vaccination policy.

Nowadays, they can and will politicize anything.

2. This group of unpatriotic opportunists have been testing the limits of "conventional wisdom" for

sometime. Let's just hope our side is wiser and are ready to bring the legal arguments to the courtroom.

ALSO... in the 90s during the HIV epidemic, if someone knew they were HIV-positive and had unprotected sex, as I recall there were criminal penalties. COVID should be no different. No one has a right to infect others with a potentially life-threatening virus.
