restrict smokers from smoking in public places, but we're stopped from enforcing policies regarding Covid when it is devastating our hospital resources and kills more efficiently and quicker?

(3,119 posts)ALSO... in the 90s during the HIV epidemic, if someone knew they were HIV-positive and had unprotected sex, as I recall there were criminal penalties. COVID should be no different. No one has a right to infect others with a potentially life-threatening virus.
