The interpreters and their families should have been put on military transport planes and flown to Guam for vetting and processing. Guam was ready and willing to receive them.
Biden could have issued an EO granting all interpreters and their families asylum.
The political and legal fallout could have been dealt with once the refugees were safely out of the country.
Sec. Blinken should resign, as should some high level intelligence officials.
