Al Davis was a pioneer in civil rights in the NFL, hired the first ever Black head coach (HoF player Art Shell), and the first Hispanic head coach (Tom Flores, who just got his HoF jacket! WOOT!), and Amy Trask achieved a higher position with the Raiders than any female had before her in NFL history.

His son Mark is continuing RAIDER NATION tradition of doing the right thing!

I really wish they were still in Oaktown, but ... I understand, as painful as it is.
