I'd say about a week. They will start having guests debate the issue and totally forget what they were blaming Joe for(not getting enough out) the week prior.

Expect rumors of Taliban infiltrators among the refugees. The pictures will show overwhelming amounts of men vs women and children.
The right will successfully move public opinion and a majority will want to end the refugee influx and the Dems will then be on the defense about that since that's what they seem to always allow themselves to be on the defense.
