So the island of Jamaica has just introduced some stringent lock down measures

There will be no movement from Saturday 6.00pm to Wednesday at 5.00am this weekend, next weekend and the weekend after that.

The hospitals are full and Delta has arrived.

Opening up in late June/early July created one hell of a spike what with the parties and tourists particularly in the West.
Heard there were over 20 positives on the first cruise ship that came in on Monday.
We have the same percentage of assholes here as well and some are in the government..

The horse had already bolted when they opened up the island - assholes.
Now we all suffer.

for their own good. My DU friend
Lake Arenal is in Costa Rica and it sounds really similar. They are only allowed to drive around on certain days of the week.

After going through this covid hell I truly think that people can adapt -- leaning towards public safety and well-being.

What percentage is trying to appeal to the covid naysayers and what percentage is literally trying to keep the economy afloat. Especially economies depending on tourism.

If anything is learn from all this - rainy day funds!!!!!!!

How are you?

Take care of yourself, Malaise. As a senior myself, I'm worried about a breakthrough infection. We're wearing N95's everywhere.
