While over 20k per day get infected, every day lately exactly 8 people per day die. While other states are more like 50 or 100 deaths per day with fewer infections. They must be doing something right

(7,895 posts)not there, or what might have been there, unless someone else disagrees. When that happens they send the data to court for analysis. The problem is the data is compiled by former counters so it's full of null answers.
When they first began to account for deaths under COVID they would divide them up according to final cause. EG if someone died due to heart failure having been first diagnosed with COVID the death certificate would read congestive heart failure or something like that. They do the same for liver, or brain, or lung failure under COVID. This way COVID related deaths don't get reported and the record appears to be correct. It would appear that they have reverted to this practice.
To be fair the counters are only following orders from above.
Can you imagine what an election run by the same people would look like?
