I wonder what the street value of a ballot is? It must be worth something otherwise why would a drug dealer collect them? Maybe there is a compact between the drug dealers and the Republicans that illegal drugs will remain illegal, drug addiction will not be treated like a treatable illness and the drug war will go on if Republicans win? .
