I mean, if he’s gonna be this childish re a little needle prick, how can you trust his judgment in leading men and women in dangerous situations.

I gotta say, if he's RIGHT about 1/2 the workers refusing shots?

And keeping in mind, for MANY C19 sufferers, they may well need the fire department to show up and take them to the hospital?

You combine that with the vaccine hesitancy in health care workers, AND the full ICU's, and doctors and nurses saying they're near the breaking point?

I have to say the totality of this situation is that we're on the cusp of a LOT of avoidable death in this country.

I believe it separates the military veterans from the non-veterans.

In military boot camp, whether officer or enlisted, everyone gets the same inoculations, and there is no choosing which shots to get, or refuse. The military will have none of that.

I remember walking between 6 Navy corpsman. Each corpsman had a needle gun in each hand, and as I walked past them, they administered the shots. A dozen shots went into my arms in about 15 seconds. and then we went jogging, of course. These whiners have no sense of duty to the country for the common good, and they obviously flunked science on the way to their GED.

About a dozen shots in under a minute. Didn't cry (even though the pneumatic-gun inoculator hurt like hell!), didn't whine, and sure as hell didn't disobey or even question the order to get them. I was government property, and they wanted to keep me healthy.

I get so sick of these wimp-ass whiners, literally crying about having to stay healthy...

This is about being able to videotape yourself taking a stand about an issue and then posting it online for tens of thousands of people to view, because you can. I suppose that at least once in a person's life they need to take a risk and speak up for what they believe, but it is so disturbing that so many have chosen masks and/or vaccinations for their moment. Because, you know, there aren't any real worthy causes out there to get worked up about - child abuse, poverty, homelessness, disease, hunger, climate change, corruption, etc. Guess those aren't worthy enough.

Being he earns far more than most people could ever dream of, perhaps he should stop and count his blessings instead of whining on YouTube, because his employers have the bloody nerve to require him to take reasonable precautions on the job for both his safety and safety of others.

Imagine the whiny sequel if he loses his $330,000 a year job!

This guy is simply too stupid to be a leader in a metro fire department. Hell, he's to stupid to wash the trucks.
