1. If infrastructure passes, Biden has done enough to be a successful president

The vaccine roll out was awesome. Reducing child poverty by half is a f big deal. Infrastructure essential for economic growth. Even if nothing else passes those will mean he has been successful.

3. The bi-partisan infrastructure bill has not yet been voted on in the House

That vote is set for Sept 27.. I believe.

What passed yesterday in the House was the vote on the 3.5T spending bill framework.

whatever legislation and it said 220 Yeas and 212 Nays.

Then you are correct that it wasn't the infrastructure bill as yet.

What I pointed out is the large number of Nays coming from the Яs. Obstruction as usual.
