No way would Alan Greenspan's wife work the hours Rachel Maddow does.

She's the one who should be replaced. The only redeeming thing about her is the fact that she apparently took a liking to Maddow, has her on the show from time to time and they seem to get along. Considering the animosity toward Maddow from Joe Scar, her friendship may have been helpful to Maddow. That's the only good thing I can think of about her.
