Michelangelo Signorile @MSignorilePolitico actually asking people to "forgive the media" for "skepticism" re: "impressive logistical feat" of evacuating 70,000 people from Afghanistan.
No proof offered, just that we should "forgive" them b/c they've been "lied to" by past presidents.

(11,744 posts)Every politician should be held to account. Hard questions need to be asked. That, however, is very different that CREATING a narrative about chaos and horror without actually looking at the facts.
Jen Psaki answers questions clearly and with evidence to back up claims. She even allows the idiot Ducey to ask his bad faith questions and answers masterfully. In comparison every single Trump press secretary lied, openly, brazenly, and aggressively about the administration, yet there was little push back, except in editorials.
